Meet Our Founder
Meet Our Founder
It’s no accident that the founder of A Celebration Of Us (ACOU), is Donovan (@darkskinnedgatsby on instagram). He is a man who exhibits a high-quality presence as well as an unfiltered, unconditional love and support of his people.
His journey began by wanting to create a site that created a new standard of the way we as African Americans operate with society as well as amongst each other. He established and is well known for his blog The Posh Standard which exemplifies the stylish, luxurious, and upper class qualities of black excellence.
After college he moved to DC, to expand his brand with people that looked like him. Donovan began to curate communities by hosting networking event and eventually turned his blog into a prominent media group, The Posh Standard Media Group.
